The primary purpose of the case management is to be able to group many contacts (players) under the 'umbrella' of a case. This allows the functionality of the SaleFaith CRM to be applied to these players.
An unlimited number of players can be added to each case record, each player has a dedicated contact record, therefore allowing each contact to be involved with a number of cases.
This enables letters, emails and 'to dos' to be sent or created and have all the history recorded within the case record. Within each contact, any non-case or case related communications will be listed against their contact record.
