The standard SaleFaith CRM features have been optimised for use in the Case records enabling to dos, meetings, emails, letters and telephone notes to be created against any contact (player) linked to each case.

Players, Cases and To Dos

Any standard CRM feature created within a case record, such as a 'to do', feeds into the normal SaleFaith organisation systems such as the 'My Day' screen or 'To Do' Report.
