Letter Creation

Letters and documentation can be uploaded from a user's hard disk and linked against a contact or a player within a case.

Letters can also be created from Microsoft Word templates stored within SaleFaith Cases' configuration system.

Providing the user has a Microsoft Office 365 license, letters can be created and edited directly in Word running directly within the cloud.

Mail Merge

Microsoft Word templates can be created using an internal mail merge system that allows information to be directly inserted into the document from the database records.

Once created the document can be amended if needed, printed and stored within the communications history of both contact and cases records.

An optional automatic PDF creation system can subsquently convert Word documents within the cloud and store the PDF alongside the original Word document ready for emailing.
