Renewals are managed from a dedicated screen that lists Renewals Due, Renewals Invited, Renewal Chasers and Lapsed Chasers for all policies or subsets of policy types between specified date ranges.

Transactions can be viewed against each policy due for renewal and lists of policies that staff are working on can quickly be viewed to help avoid a single policy being worked on by multiple staff members. Chasers can be dealt with individually or as a batch.

Renewals Due, Invitations and Chasers

The renewal process consists of a pipeline that commences with renewal invitations due, moves through renewals invited, to renewal chasers and finally to lapsed chasers allowing the sales team to maintain and monitor the renewal process.
