Invoices are usually generated from the invoice schedule from within Orders, but can also be created independently if needed.

The invoices can be a replication of each order or have the contents customised as required.

With the integration into the SaleFaith CRM system invoices can be emailed out as PDFs from within the system.

Invoice Scheduling and Invoicing

The invoicing schedule allows for many types of payment terms including multiple staged payments. Invoices can easily be created from each order or the Invoicing Schedule report, to reduce the chance of invoices being missed or issued too early or late. Historically, invoices issued at the correct time have resulted in receiving payment more promptly helping cash flow.
