Using the Dashboard
The dashboard consists of 4 main areas to help each user manage their workload:
Reminders - allows reminders to be displayed to all users of the system, can be used for any purpose.
To Do List - displays personal 'to dos' based on the selected timescale and navigate to each 'to do' record.
Work In Progress - lists those items that have been started, but not yet finished and includes telephone calls, emails, quotations and orders.
Sales Targets - lists both personal and edition targets which can be displayed broken down by business type such as new business, renewals within an easy to read chart.
